1. Platinum Vendor - $125

Key Features:

  • Highest Expo Visibility
  • Platinum Recognition in event newsletter and on event blog
  • 3x3 space at top of virtual exhibit hall page for Logo Placement w/ hyperlink to your unique booth page plus a hyperlink to your email. These will be placed alphabetically.
  • Record Audio Commercials or presentations
  • Visitors can subscribe to your mailing list or submit a request for information
  • A Profit Purpose and Beyond Expo graphic with hyperlink to your booth for your website

 

2. Standard Vendor - $75

Key Features:

  • Expo Visibility
  • 1x3 space at virtual exhibit hall page for Company Name and/or Logo w/ hyperlink to your unique booth page. These will be placed alphabetically.
  • Visitors can subscribe to your mailing list or submit a request for information
  • A Profit Purpose and Beyond Expo graphic with hyperlink to your booth for your website

The Virtual Expo will be available to attendees from August 15 through November 15. Each virtual booth page will include:

    1. Company information
    2. Product information
    3. News (up to 5 news items)
    4. Corporate literature (up to 5 pdfs)
    5. Contact information
    6. Prize offering and show specials (optional) at booth
 

Vendor “Add On” Options
(vendors must have a booth to “add on” these opportunities):

Weekly Newsletter Sponsor: $50 per weekly issue

A weekly newsletter will be distributed to all registered participants each week of the Speaker’s Series advising them of announcements, upcoming events and the schedule. Sponsor will receive an exclusive hyperlinked acknowledgement at the top of the e-newsletter to read: “This edition brought to you by YOUR COMPANY NAME.” You may choose to have this linked to your booth or to your website.

Please note: Platinum Vendors are acknowledged in the body of the newsletter.

Prize Sponsor: $25 plus prize

  • During the week leading up to the opening session with T. Harv. Eker, PPB will give away prizes to registered attendees and site visitors.
  • The prize list will be emailed to the PPB subscriber list and posted at the PPB Blog with hyperlinks to the company website. Prizes will be listed in order of $$ value.
  • Prize winners will also be emailed with a link to the prize and prize donor.
  • Each prize must have a minimum retail value of $50.
  • Think outside the box. In addition to your company products, prizes can include Laptops, Ipods, Vacations, Airline Tickets, Home Office products (i.e a CardScan), Giftcards to Amazon, Starbucks, etc., CD’s, Software, Books, the possibilities are endless!

Setting Up Your Booth:

Description: Upon submission of the Online Exhibitor Booth Application and full payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your Booth Information page that includes all the special instruction you will need to make the most of your booth. You will fill this out, and return it to our Vendor Coordinator. We will have a proof page ready for viewing within 72 hours. We will not publish your booth until we receive your final approval.

Deadlines/Payments/Cancellation:

Full payment is due at the time application is made and payable via 1 Shopping Cart. We accept Visa and MasterCard. There will be no refunds issued.

Rules and Regulations:

Exhibitor agrees to abide by the following rules and regulations:

• Exhibitor must provide PROFIT, PURPOSE AND BEYOND with a written description of product and services.
• Exhibitor must provide the PROFIT, PURPOSE AND BEYOND with a logo image.
• Exhibitor may provide a drawing prize for its Booth.
• Sponsor/Exhibitor must provide PROFIT, PURPOSE AND BEYOND with URL link information.
• Sponsor/Exhibitor may not assign, or sublet in whole or in part.
• Sponsor/Exhibitor will not be permitted to promote products or services other than those manufactured or handled in the normal course of business.
• Exhibitor will not utilize any programming or other alterations to the booth or convention templates in any way that is detrimental to the operation of the Convention or provides the exhibitor with any unfair advantage over fellow exhibitors. Violation of this Regulation may result in disconnection of the Booth in question without notice until any such egregious act has been corrected.
• Profit, Purpose and Beyond reserves the right to decline applicants.
